Q.What if I need to return my order?
A. We do not accept returns on any over-the-counter medications unless they are expired or damaged, in which case they are eligible for return for a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a returned item has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process the return. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited back to your original credit card. If paying by check or money order, a credit is placed on your account. We personally insure all parcels on your behalf.
